Stealth 4x4 warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:

This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for Stealth 4X4 that can be identified by the “Stealth 4X4” trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them.  The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-Stealth 4x4 products, even if packaged or sold with Stealth 4x4 Products. 

EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS 
Stealth 4x4 warrants it Products, subject to the exclusions and limitations set forth below, against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from date of original retail purchase.  If a defect exists, at its option, Stealth 4x4 will 1) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts at a place and location at its choosing, 2) exchange the product with a product that is new or which has been manufactured from new or serviceable used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original Product or 3) refund the purchase price of the Product.  A replacement product/part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair whichever provides longer coverage for you.  When a Product or part is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced items become Stealth 4x4’s property.  When a refund is given, your Product becomes Stealth 4x4’s. 

WARRANTY COVERAGE

Non-Stealth 4x4 manufacturers, suppliers, or publishers may provide their own warranties.  

Stealth 4x4’s Limited Warranty does not cover the following items: 

1.  Products lost or damaged during shipment;
2.  Normal wear and tear, requiring maintenance or adjustments;
3.  Normal maintenance and service items, including but not limited to:
a.  Brakes
b.  Fender Flares
c.  Windshields
4.  Damage to Product resulting from misuse, accident, theft, fire, improper maintenance and service, or by modifications or alterations.

The following will void the Limited Warranty offered herein:

1.  Use of any parts other than genuine Stealth 4x4 replacement parts;
2.  Unauthorized modifications or alterations to Product; and
3.  The unauthorized installation of any accessory.
 
THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. STEALTH 4X4 SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.  IF STEALTH 4X4 CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. NO STEALTH 4X4 RESELLER, AGENT, OR EMPLOYEE IS AUTHORIZED TO MAKE ANY MODIFICATION, EXTENSION, OR ADDITION TO THIS WARRANTY. 
 
STEALTH 4X4 IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO REDHIBITION, LEMON LAW, PRODUCTS LIABILITY, QUASI CONTRACT, TORT, LOST PROFITS, DOWNTIME, GOODWILL, DAMAGE TO OR REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF LIMITATION OF INCIDENT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSIONS OR LIMITATIONS ON THE DURATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.  THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS THAT VARY BY STATE.
